Absolutely. If you love a Reviera template but don’t want to build out the website yourself, The Setup was created specifically for that.

You choose the Reviera template you want, and we prepare it using your branding, colors, typography, logo, imagery, content, products, collections, and navigation within the existing template structure.

For businesses that need more extensive changes, Reviera also offers The Redesign and The Custom, depending on the scope of the project.

After purchasing your Reviera template, you’ll receive the files and instructions needed to add the template to your Shopify store.

Once the theme is installed, you can begin replacing the demo content with your own branding, imagery, text, products, and collections through Shopify’s Theme Editor and admin.

The template is designed to give you a complete visual foundation rather than requiring you to build a website from an empty theme. You’ll start with the Reviera design you purchased and customize it for your business.

If you would rather have Reviera prepare the template for you, The Setup is available as a separate design service.

You do not need to be a web designer or developer to use a Reviera template.

The templates are built around Shopify’s visual Theme Editor, so much of the everyday customization can be handled through settings rather than by editing code. You’ll be able to replace images, update text, change colors and typography, organize sections, and manage your store through Shopify.

There may still be a learning curve if Shopify itself is completely new to you, but you do not need advanced technical knowledge to begin customizing your website.

And if you decide you would rather hand the setup over to someone else, Reviera’s Design Services are available.

No. You do not need to know HTML, CSS, Liquid, or JavaScript to perform the normal day-to-day customization of your Reviera template.

The templates are designed so the primary design controls are available through Shopify’s Theme Editor wherever practical. This allows you to personalize the website visually without having to open the theme code.

Code would generally only become relevant if you wanted to make changes beyond the functionality and customization options included with the template.

Yes. A Reviera template can be added to an existing Shopify store as a new, unpublished theme, allowing you to work on your new design without immediately replacing your current live website.

Your existing products, collections, customer information, orders, and other store data are managed through Shopify and are separate from the visual theme itself.

This means you can prepare and customize your new Reviera website before publishing it as your live theme.

If your existing website needs more than a template installation—for example, substantial layout changes, brand refinement, content restructuring, or a broader visual transformation—The Redesign may be a better fit.

You’ll need a Shopify account and a plan that supports an online store when you’re ready to operate and publish your website.

Your Reviera template itself is a Shopify theme, so Shopify provides the underlying ecommerce platform for your products, checkout, orders, customer management, payments, and store administration.

Shopify plans and features can change over time, so we recommend reviewing Shopify’s current plans before choosing one, particularly if your business requires specific ecommerce features or third-party apps.

Yes. Reviera provides support for questions related to the template itself, including guidance if you encounter an issue with an included section or need clarification about how a template feature works.

Support does not include unlimited website customization, content entry, custom development, third-party app configuration, or redesign work.

If you’d prefer Reviera to customize and prepare the website for you rather than completing the setup yourself, our Design Services offer additional hands-on support.

No. Each template purchase is licensed for use on one website. If you'd like to use the template for another website, you'll simply need to purchase an additional license. Templates cannot be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or offered as your own template product.

Yes. Designers and creative professionals are welcome to purchase and customize Reviera templates for client projects. Each template purchase is licensed for use on one website, so a separate license must be purchased for each client project.

The “Made by Reviera” footer credit must remain live and visible on the published website unless a Credit Removal License has been purchased.

Because Reviera templates are digital products and access to the product is provided digitally, purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Please review the product description, included features, compatibility information, and preview images carefully before purchasing so you can make sure the template is appropriate for your business.

If you experience a genuine technical problem with the template, contact Reviera before assuming the product cannot be used. We’ll review the issue and help determine whether it relates to the template itself.
